Lisa Page testified that DOJ said they wouldn't prosecute Hillary

Lisa Page's closed door testimony to Congress was finally released and it turns out the FBI did think that Hillary should be prosecuted for gross negligence in handling classified data but Obama's DOJ, headed by Loretta Lynch who had a secret meeting with Bill Clinton while the FBI was investigating his wife, told them that the DOJ wouldn't prosecute.

To put this in perspective a navy sailor took some pictures in part of a nuclear submarine where photos were prohibited. He was sentenced to jail time for that even though there was no intent to share those photos with foreign countries.

Hillary on the other hand knowingly, and in direct opposition to the mandatory security training she received, placed lots of highly classified information on servers that could be, and were, easily hacked by foreign powers.

Everyone who has access to classified data says that the one thing they tell you over and over is that that information can't be put in public places whether it's taking a document home to work on it or posting it to a non security controlled web site.

The law says that one doesn't have to intend to spy to be punished for "gross negligence" in handling classified data. That makes sense because it doesn't matter if the Chinese get ahold of US policy decisions about China through a spy or through someone being amazingly careless. In either case America is seriously hurt.

We know that Hillary created her private poorly protected email server to hide from we the people her actions--such as pay to play where she sold her influence to the highest bidder. That alone is a direct violation of the laws governing government transparency which require all government generated data to be preserved.  But of course since Hillary is a Democrat nothing will happen to her about that.

We also know that she gave access to highly classified data to people like registered sex offender Anthony Weiner, who didn't have a clearance, in order to make things easier for herself.

The reality is that if Hillary wasn't grossly negligent in her handling of classified data then the term grossly negligent has no meaning.

The truth is simple. Democrats have one and only one moral imperative; whatever gives Democrats more power is good and whatever reduces Democrat power is bad.  Thats why we live in a country with two sets of laws; one for people like Hillary and one for that sailor who went to prison.

The only reason that Hillary wasn't prosecuted is that Obama, through his appointee Lynch, declared that the law would not be enforced when the criminal was Hillary.

It's time to clean out the FBI/DOJ.  Don't let the fact that the FBI caught some rich folk cheating their children into colleges that few of us could afford fool you; the FBI today is not your friend. Undoubtedly most of the rank and file are good patriotic people but the leadership is corrupt and in tank for Democrats; sadly the situation is even worse at the DOJ.
