New York's new abortion law just denied justice to a woman.

Anthony Hobson stabbed Jennifer Irigoyen and her unborn baby to death but will not have to face any charges for murdering the child under New York's new abortion law.

The woman screamed, before being killed, "He's going to kill the baby!".  Clearly Jennifer wanted her unborn child, clearly she loved her unborn child and just as clearly the state of New York has declared that that wanted child has no value in the eyes of the law.  Now that's denying justice to a woman.

Irigoyen won't suffer with that knowledge since she's dead but it's not hard to imagine that there will be a case where the assailant either only wants to kill the baby or is stopped before he can kill the mother.  In that case a woman whose beloved baby was murdered will be denied any sort of justice because New York state Democrats are so eager to kill unborn babies that they're willing to deny mothers whose wanted children are killed justice.
