According to McCabe the senior leadership of the FBI/DOJ plotted to try and have Trump removed by declaring him mental unfit. This is clearly bogus since whether you like Trump or not it's clear that he's not mentally incompetent.
Further the meetings occurred in reaction to Trump's firing of Comey which was a very sane thing for Trump to do. First Democrats had been howling for Comey to be fired because they believed he was biased against Hillary and his statements of fact about Hillary's lawlessness helped Trump win. So if Trump was insane to fire Comey then so were most of the Democrat leadership in Congress. Yet the FBI/DOJ didn't have meetings about removing any of them.
Second Trump fired Comey because Comey was effectively lying to the American people in order to discredit Trump. We now know, due to Comey's under oath testimony to Congress, that Comey had in fact told Trump that he, Trump, wasn't under investigation. Yet Comey refused to say that publicly even as the #FakeNews media was doing it's best to convince Americans that Trump was under investigation. Comey's silence was in effect a lie of omission that was designed to hurt Trump. Clearly a President doesn't have to keep on a subordinate who is actively trying to sabotage him.
The reality is that the FBI/DOJ didn't like Trump's policies and they felt that they were above him; he didn't have the right to fire one of their leaders.
Because of that the FBI/DOJ leadership began plotting ways they could remove Trump from office not out of concern for the country but out of a lust for power and a desire for revenge.
If you doubt that imagine for a moment if the same meetings had occurred because the FBI/DOJ was concerned that Obama was an agent of Iran because of all of his concessions to Iran and his eagerness to provide cover for Iran developing nuclear weapons. Everyone, even conservatives, would have been outraged for while Obama's policies were wrong no one thought he was actually an agent of Iran.
It's also useful to keep in mind that we have strong evidence for the political biases of the people involved. We know that McCabe's wife received $500,000 from Democrat Terry McAuliffe, a Clinton supporter, for her unsuccessful run for office. We also know that McCabe claimed that that didn't bias him in any way. We know that other conspirators also sent each other texts which attacked Trump.
Because Trump opposes massive government people whose first loyalty is to the government, not the people, because they've spent their whole lives in Washington naturally oppose him.
Keep in mind that the same conspirators who were plotting this coup, people like Rosenstein, were the ones who set up the open ended Mueller witch hunt and who accepted the Democrat funded Russian sources unverified rumors about Trump as true.
This revelation by McCabe taints the entire Mueller probe. It was started by people who were plotting a coup to overthrow a legally elected President because he fired their boss and because he espoused policies that they didn't like. It would be a miracle that the Mueller probe wasn't instigated and influenced by the same biases that clearly plagued the FBI/DOJ at the time; biases that led to a conspiracy to over throw the government of the United States.
In light of this clear evidence it's time to demand a full revelation of what Mueller was tasked to do. Further given that it's clear that the Mueller investigation was started as a follow on to the coup planning it's essential that Mueller present to the public any real evidence he has of any sort of collusion or Russian interference. To date Mueller hasn't presented a single fact that would support either collusion or clear cut significant Russian interference.
But he has hounded Republicans and used the full power of government to force people to confess to process crimes which may not have even occurred; when faced with losing one's life savings to lawyers pleading guilty to telling a small lie when you didn't can be appealing.
Further we know for a fact that Hillary colluded with Russia. She paid Russians for unverified rumors about Trump and she used them to first try and win the election and then to try and nullify the 2016 election. While the sources she used are anonymous it's highly unlikely that Putin was unaware of her efforts and did nothing to influence them.
In fact the existence of the Hillary paid for Steele dossier with all of it's horrible claims about Trump is proof positive that Putin wasn't rooting for Trump. If Putin had wanted Trump to win there is no way he would have allowed Steele to collect rumors that painted Trump in a bad light. And if Steele had managed to escape Putin's notice the people who supplied the rumors would have been punished after the fact; something that hasn't happened.
It's time to face up to the fact that senior members of FBI/DOJ believe that they are above the law and that only people they approve of can become President.
We need to root out these corrupt totalitarian traitors quickly before they can do more damage to our country.
