We can see that they're lying because out of no where as part of the budget deal they suddenly demanded that the number of beds ICE has for illegals caught entering the country while they're waiting to have a hearing be dramatically reduced.
If that were to happen the US would have to release illegals, the old catch and release approach under Obama, and few of those released would ever return for their hearings.
It's just one more way to ensure that selfish illegals get into the US where they will work to help Democrats because Democrats promise welfare for life and lots of other perks to illegals.
