Democrat Adam Schiff says that Mueller isn't reliable

On CNN, House Intel chair Adam Schiff is asked what he'll do if Mueller does not allege collusion: 'We're going to have to do our own investigation.'

Clearly if Schiff is saying that he can't trust the results of Mueller's two year long investigation he's saying that we can't trust Mueller.

The other option is that Schiff is a dishonest lying scoundrel who doesn't care if Trump is guilty or not and who only wants to spread lies to improve the chances of the Democrats winning in 2020.
