If Trump is Putin's puppet why is he withdrawing from the INF treaty?

While Trump has had some nice things to say about Putin, prior to Trump derangement syndrome they would have been called diplomatic, his actions have constantly gone against Putin's interests.

Most recently Trump is withdrawing from the INF nuclear treaty because of persistent and on-going cheating by the Russians. Clearly Putin doesn't want that since it will allow the US to develop the weapons classes that the Russians have already deployed eliminating a Russian edge in any future conflict.

We can add this to the list of other things that Trump has actually done, as opposed to said, that hurt Putin.

1) Trump has dramatically increased US defense spending
2) Trump has gotten NATO to increase defense spending by $100B
3) Trump bombed Putin's ally in Syria when Assad used chemical weapons on civilians
4) Trump got Germany to cancel a natural gas deal which would have made billions for Putin
5) Trump has sold weapons to Ukraine to fight Russia something Obama wouldn't do
6) Trump has restarted the missile defense system in Europe which Obama stopped because Putin didn't like it

The simple reality is if Trump is Putin's puppet Putin doesn't need enemies.
