The Clinton Foundation used 60% of donations for "administrative" costs

The typical charity used 10-15% of contributions to pay for running the charity but the Clinton foundation, according to two whistleblowers, spent 60% of their donations to run the "charity".

Which isn't really surprising when one looks at how foreigners who wanted favors from a Clinton would give huge contributions to the Clinton's "charity" and then somehow get what they wanted.

For example in Bill's last year as President the Clinton foundation got a $1M check from a major beer  brewer just a few weeks after the FTC dropped a bid to regulate beer ads which were directed at underage drinkers.
