Google CEO probably lied to Congress

In his testimony the CEO of Google, Sundar Pichai, said that a senior Google executive lied in her internal emails to other Google executives and no one internally corrected her.

Right.

Leaked emails show that Eliana Murillo, who is Google's head of multicultural marketing, said that Google was engaged in illegal in kind contributions to the Hillary campaign. According to Murillo's internal emails Google used targeted get-out-the-vote tactics which were specifically designed to help Hillary by targeting only Latino's who strongly preferred Hillary.

Here are two key lines from the emails:

“We pushed to get out the Latino vote with our features in key states.”
“We supported partners like Voto Latino to pay for rides to the polls in key states.
Even Pichai agreed that such actions would be illegal but he declared that they did not occur.

So basically what Pichai is saying is that a Murillo made up things in emails to other senior Google executives. Pichai says they investigated and found that nothing in the email occurred.  According to Pichai we should believe him not our lying eyes.
