“‘Cuties’ is about the hyper-sexualization of pre-adolescent girls,”
The movie celebrates an 11 year old African girl living in France joining a "dance" group with other girls her age. They wear revealing outfits and use the same obscene dance moves featured in many rap videos.
Further the girl has been raised in a "pious tradition" so the movie also clearly attacks the idea of moral responsibility.
This isn't Neflix's first foray into child porn. I dropped by subscription a few years ago when Netflix refused to pull a film that showed a ten year old girl masturbating. Netflix said that the young actress's parents were cool with her masturbating on camera.
Anyone who continues to subscribe to Netflix is supporting the sexual exploitation of children.
