Cuomo admits that his COVID19 rules are capricious

People entering New York from China virus hot spots have to quarantine for 2 weeks.

Unless they're important musicians. Then the rule is waved.

It's like when riots and peaceful protests occur where all the social distancing rules are broken Cuomo is cool but if a bunch of Jews want to get together for a service the state brings down the hammer.

Either the rules are useful or they're not.

But Cuomo is just acting as usual; there's always different rules for the "elites" than for we the people when Democrats are in charge.
