Pelosi fine with mob rule: throwing Columbus into the river edition

In the city where she grew up, Baltimore, some fascists threw a statue of Columbus into a river.

They're fascists because they're saying that they can unilaterally decide what statues are allowed.  The group that tore down the statue was composed of a minuscule fraction of the residents of Baltimore but they decided that instead of following the democratic process they'd simply use force to impose their will on the city.

That's unAmerican and evil. Someone doesn't like a statue of Columbus then they should get the city council to take it down.  Taking the law into their own hands isn't American.

What was Nancy Pelosi's take on this?  She said:

"People will do what they do,"

I guess that means that what the cops did to George Floyd is ok in Pelosi's mind.

Of course not. What she was saying is that she's cool with mob rule so long as the mob is furthering the Democrat agenda.

I want someone to walk up to her, punch her in the mouth, and shrug, saying "People will do what people do."
