Adam Schiff demonstrates that he doesn't know the law at all

While the President can use the US military without the approval of Congress in certain situations it's simply not true that the President can declare war; that's Congress's job.

Hence if Adam Schiff isn't totally unfamiliar with the law he was lying through his teeth when he said that Trump could allow some random person to declare war.

Trump can't delegate an authority he doesn't have.

But like Schiff's insane example of Trump giving away Alaska his claim that Trump could delegate a declaration of war has nothing to do with the truth or the law; it's just a primal scream by a fascist who KNOWS that Trump shouldn't be President and that he and his fellow Democrats are better than us.

Schiff like almost all Democrat politicians knows that he's better than us and that he should rule over us.  He thinks he should be able to tell us how much soda we can drink, what our religions should teach, and what sort of straws we should use.

This is a long standing Democrat belief.  

When they fought the Civil War to keep slavery legal one of their arguments was that Blacks were too stupid to run their own lives and that Democrats were actually helping Blacks by running their lives for them.

Apparently now Democrat politicians think we're all Black and all too stupid to run our own lives.
