McCabe vs Flynn: Two men two different laws

General Flynn is an American hero who pled guilty to lying to the FBI after his defense bills wiped out his net worth and, allegedly, the FBI threatened to go after his son.

The FBI agents who ambushed Flynn, Flynn was deliberately told that the meeting was about some sort of coordination not an interrogation, said that they didn't think he was lying.

As part of his deal he wasn't supposed to get any prison time.  But then the radical leftists at the DOJ changed that and demanded prison time for something that wouldn't be a crime if he'd done with anyone other than the FBI.  As a result Flynn is trying to withdraw his plea since the government has broken their part of the deal.

That's how conservatives and Trump supporters are treated.

On the other hand disgraced Andrew McCabe, senior FBI official who participated in the Deep State Russian collusion hoax, did lie to FBI agents.

Unlike Flynn some of McCabe's lies occurred when he was under oath; that's perjury.

But McCabe was just told that he won't even be prosecuted.

That's how Deep State leftists are treated.

This isn't the only example of how the Deep State/Democrats take care of their own.

It's against the law to be grossly negligent in handling classified material. There is no need to intend to expose classified material to foreigners simply being grossly negligent is a crime.

That's why a Navy sailor who took some photos in a classified part of the submarine he served on was sentenced to two years in prison.

But Hillary Clinton deliberately set up an illegal, because it was designed to avoid her responsibility to preserve all government related emails as part of the transparency laws, private email serve which she used to send highly classified data.

We know that the Chinese hacked the server, and since it had effectively zero security probably pretty much every other American adversary did so too, thereby gaining access to a trove of classified data.

But she wasn't even deposed under oath much less tried for her crime.

The establishment Republicans, the same ones who are horrified about Trump's tweets, the Deep State, and Democrats are perfectly comfortable with this.

After all historically rulers haven't been subject to the same laws as the serfs.

However something has to be done about this.

It's not right that people like Flynn can be bankrupted by dishonest FBI/DOJ folk who get paid by we the people while Democrats like McCabe who commit the same "crime" are left untouched.

McCabe is whining about how much he and his family have suffered but it's not clear that he's ever shown any concern for Flynn.

This is why regular people hate the elites.
