San Francisco elects DA, Chesa Boudin, who says he'll free criminals and incarcerate cops

Boudin's priorities are eliminating mass incarceration, ending racism, and ending police violence.

All of these are going to make a bad situation in SF where the streets are covered with feces and used needles and where thefts of items costing less than $950 have been effectively legalized worse.

The leftists on the internet were aghast that a cop was hassling a black guy eating a sandwich even though the law says that no one could be eating in that location.  Clearly what Boudin is going to bring is a Soviet style legal system where those favored by the state can do no wrong but the police can be thrown in jail for enforcing the law on the favored ones.

The fact that his parents were murderous domestic terrorists who killed 3 men and that he was then raised by another self declared domestic terrorist isn't his problem.

His problem is that he hates the law.  He views the US immigration laws, which were passed by Democrats, as evil and he's going to wage a war against them.

Similarly he doesn't care that by releasing Black convicts and keeping new Black criminals out of jail he's hurting Blacks since Black criminals tend to prey on other Blacks. He just wants to be sure that he feels good about himself. Note that when leftists like Boudin talk about mass incarceration they're talking about the percentage of Blacks in jail being higher than their proportion of the general population. Unfortunately what he ignores is that we know that Blacks are more likely to commit crimes because their victims, who are Black, identify the race of their attackers.

Another big red flag is that Boudin has no experience as a prosecutor; he's been a defense lawyer.
Clearly his heart is with criminals not victims.

Then of course his hating on the police is really going to make things great.  We saw what happens when a Democrat attacks the police and supports criminals in Baltimore; crime went way up. No cop is going to put his neck on the line to stop crime when he knows the DA is more likely to indict him than the crook he arrested.

Rich white folk like Boudin won't suffer as a result of that but the average folk will. Already San Franciscans are fed up with the chaos their city is descending into but by electing this pro-crime anti-victim terrorist family prince to be their DA they've just guaranteed that their lives are going to get much worse.
