Democrat DA's decriminalizing pissing in public

Apparently some Democrat DA's love the smell of urine on their walk to work and are eager to let their young daughters see adult men urinating in public because those DA's are working to make it perfectly legal to just piss on a busy sidewalk.

Of course sane people would say that saying that all members of society shouldn't behave in a civilized way is a bad thing.  But then Democrats have demonstrated that they love criminals more than they do civilized people; why else have CA Democrats made stealing less than $950 effectively legal?

If public urination is common decent people say that either people should be punished so that they stop and that the state should ensure that there are toilets located so that no one is forced out of necessity to piss in public.

But as usual the Democrat response is to lower the quality of life of honest civilized Americans in order to allow uncivilized Americans to continue to pollute our urban environment.
