He's objecting to the right of a student who is accused of sexual assault have the right to submit evidence in their defense, cross-examine those who testify against them, and challenge evidence at a live hearing.
Essentially what the new rules put in place by Trump's Education Secretary Betsy DeVos do is prevent colleges from assuming that a man is guilty if a woman says so.
Prior to these rules there were cases where men were thrown out of college and their reputations trashed and they were given no chance to defend themselves.
Joe says if he's President he'll go back to the old way because the new rules “shame and silence survivors, and take away parents’ peace of mind.”
What makes this even more interesting is that Biden himself has been accused of sexual assault by Tara Reade and of sexual harassment by 8 other women. In those cases Biden and his supporters are doing everything they can to silence those women.
The #FakeNews media is mostly pretending that those women don't exist.
Clearly Joe has a dual track view of sexual assault. If some random unimportant college student is accused it's "off with his head; due process be damned" if it's him it's "I say it didn't happen so that's that.".
This isn't unusual for a radical leftists like Biden, who endorsed the Green New Deal. They always believe there is one set of rules for them and another for everyone else.
One more reason to not want Biden to be President; he doesn't believe in due process.
