Joe Biden denies sexually assaulting Tara Reade: Case Closed?

It only took 35 days but Joe Biden was finally asked about the accusations that he sexually assaulted Tara Reade 27 years ago.

Not surprisingly he says it never happened.

He could be right.  But what will be interesting is how the #FakeNews media treats Biden's denial.

Biden didn't say that he had an alibi so what we have is a he said she said story.

On Tara's side we have the following:

• Seven other women have accused Biden of inappropriate actions including touching so while Tara's accusation would be an escalation it's not as though Biden has a clean record in dealing with women
• Tara told multiple people about the incident at the time it occurred
• Tara is a big fan of Biden's politics and said she didn't say anything before because she didn't want to hurt him

On Biden's side we have:

• Joe, who often can't remember what state he's in or Obama's name and who has said that he was a college professor when he wasn't, Biden says it didn't happen.

It's a clear and indisputable fact that Joe Biden's memory isn't really too reliable these days.  Hence it's quite possible that even if he did assault Tara he honestly doesn't remember it.

Clearly by normal #MeToo standards Tara's case is iron tight; well it would be if Biden were a Republican.

Let's look at the accusation against Justice Kavanaugh in comparison:

• She couldn't remember when the attack occurred
• She couldn't remember where the attack occurred
• She didn't tell anyone about the attack until Kavanaugh's name was mentioned for the Supreme Court 
• She lied about being afraid to fly to give testimony against Kavanaugh
• Her charges were publicized only after all other Democrat resistance to Kavanaugh failed
• A life long friend of hers who she said was at the party where the attack occurred said no such party occurred
• All the other people she claimed were witnesses denied her story
• She is a radical leftists who hates Trump and hates Kavanaugh's judicial philosophy that judges should interpret not make the law

Even though Kavanaugh's accuser was far less credible than Reade, and had a strong political motive to lie, the #FakeNews media stood shoulder to shoulder and told us that Kavanaugh must be guilty; that her charges were credible.

We've already seen that the #FakeNews media buried Reade's claim, in contrast to the 24/7 coverage they gave Kavanaugh's accuser, so it's likely that now that Biden has declared he's innocent they'll say story over time to move on.

Clearly the left doesn't care about women.

But we knew that. At the height of the Kavanaugh witch hunt the most the #FakeNews media could say about Bill Clinton was that perhaps they hadn't covered the accusations against him with sufficient vigor.

Unlike Kavanaugh Bill Clinton was credibly charged with rape and was found guilty of lying under oath to cover his sexual harassment of a subordinate.

Yet even today when we know that Bill Clinton flew on Epstein's, the convicted child molester, plane Bill is still viewed as the elder statesman of the Democrat party.

If Joe Biden is innocent I hope he's cleared. But it's clear that if the accused is a Democrat the media goes all in to clear them and if the accused is a Republican they go all in to declare him to be guilty.
