While Trump moves to protect us Democrats are working to make it harder for him to do so

Trump put a travel ban on China way before leftists, Democrats, and the #FakeNews media had a clue.

He's just put a travel ban on Europe where the virus is becoming prevalent.

Both steps are making it more likely that the US will avoid a major outbreak like Italy is seeing.

What are Democrats doing?

They're trying to pass a law which would make it harder for the President to ban travel the way that he is doing.  That's right they're trying to make it easier for people with a future version of the WuHu Flu to enter the US and unintentionally sicken Americans.

219 Democrats in the House have signed on to the "No Ban Act" which says:

“This bill imposes limitations on the President’s authority to suspend or restrict aliens from entering the United States and terminates certain presidential actions implementing such restrictions,”

That's right just when protecting America involves limiting travel the Democrats are pushing a bill that would essentially dramatically slow down the President's ability to take action to protect Americans.

It's unclear what benefit the bill provides for Americans but by forcing the President to work with Congress it gives Congress, which is currently run by Democrats, more power.  

Hence it fits into the general rule of thumb of all Democrat efforts; all that mattes is giving Democrats more power.
