Should Chuck Schumer be denied the right to have a gun?

Democrats are pushing red-flag laws that allow the government to seize guns from people that a court deems as being unsafe.

While this makes some sense, in cases of lunatics with guns, it's really easy for a leftist judge to simply decide that a conservative is "unsafe" and seize their guns.

This is exacerbated by the fact that in some of these laws the person in question doesn't even know that someone is asking the government to take their guns and aren't allowed to defend themselves.

This is a wonderful new vengeance tool for jilted girlfriends, ex-spouses, and leftists who love SWATing people--calling SWAT saying there is a hostage crisis at someone's house when there isn't.

But if Democrats are going to use these laws against honest folk it's only fair we use them against Democrats.

Chuck Schumer made a clear and obvious threat against Supreme Court justifies Kavanaugh and Gorsuch.

Hence under red-flag laws he should lose his right to have guns.

Now that probably won't bother Schumer since it's likely he counts on hired guns to protect himself but it might waken up some low information voters who see red flag laws as unadulterated good.
