Democrats want illegals to suffer

For months conservatives and even #NeverTrumpers have been begging the Democrats to provide extra funding to ensure that the tens of thousands of illegals who are swarming the border can be treated in a reasonable way.

And for months the Democrats have said no; apparently more eager to exploit the suffering of those illegals than actually help them.

Now that the situation has grown so bad that even Nancy Pelosi's heart of stone felt that something had to be done leftist Democrats in the House are furious that the House went along with the bipartisan Senate bill that provides $4.5 billion to feed and shelter all those illegals swarming the border.

As an aside it's interesting to remember how often the left says things like "instead of buying that $1 billion nuclear submarine we should be using the money to help poor kids".  Apparently spending $4.5 billion on illegals doesn't take any money away from helping poor Black kids.

When talking about suffering at the border it's important to remember that any illegal who feels that they are being treated inhumanely can simply leave and return to Mexico no questions asked.  So the question is how much are the majority of illegals suffering if few of them return to Mexico?

We're all for treating illegals fairly but the sad thing is that Democrats are quite willing to use the illegals as pawns even if that means that illegals suffer more in the process.
