They're telling us that even though the Democrats fought a war to keep slavery legal and the Republicans fought a war to end it it's Republicans who are racists.
They're telling us that despite the fact that the Democrats founded the KKK and passed all the Jim Crow laws that kept Blacks segregated and despite the fact that it was Republicans who fought the KK and who integrated Southern schools it's Republicans who are the racists.
Their argument is that the two parties switched their positions at some point in the 1960s.
But now that we're learning that uber Democrat Joe Biden was praising racist Democrat Senators in 1988 it's clear that there was no switch of beliefs in the 1960s. Rather there was a shift in rhetoric.
Democrats continued to be racists but they lied about their beliefs.
We can tell that Democrat politicians are currently racist for a number of reasons including:
1) Thousands of Blacks are shot each year in Democrat run cities like Chicago and Democrat politicians never say a word of complaint.
2) Democrats are encouraging massive illegal immigration even though it drives down Black's salaries.
3) Abortion is the leading cause of death and Planned Parenthood has 80% of its abortion mills in minority neighborhoods and Democrats applaud PP
4) Blacks are getting horrible educations due to failing public schools but Democrats say that giving poor Blacks school choice is racist.
Essentially Democrats created the welfare state and that supposedly was their great gift to Blacks. The only problem was that Democrats knew the welfare state would destroy Black families and leave Blacks trapped in a cycle of violence and dependency and they passed it anyway. After 10 years it was clear that welfare as the Democrats had structured it was seriously hurting Blacks but Democrats did nothing.
Democrats want Blacks poorly educated so that they can't see that the source of their problems is, as Burgess Owens said, the Democrat party.
If an icon of the Democrat party could say what great people segregationists, currently we'd call them white supremacists, were in 1988 long after Democrats say that the two parties changed their positions on matters of race then it's clear that that switch never occurred.
Democrat politicians today like Democrats of the past are racists. If thousands of white people were being killed in Democrat cites like Chicago we'd never hear the end of it but since it's Blacks who are suffering Democrat politicians are silent.
While it's true that a large section of the Democrat base is racist, think of Harvard discriminating against Asians, most Democrat voters aren't aware, because of the constant lies by the #FakeNews media, just how strong the hold of white supremacists is on the Democrat party.
If you have friends who are good people but who vote Democrat because they believe the lies the #FakeNews media peddles about Republicans ask them what they think about the points listed above; it's likely they've never really thought about what the Democrat's silence on the mass shooting of Blacks in Democrat run cities means.
