Joe Biden's debate lies: the short list

 Here's a partial list of the lies that Joe Biden told during the first debate:

1) Biden said that Trump benefitted from changes in Trump's tax law in 2017 but Trump's tax cuts didn't take effect until 2018.  The deductions that Trump used were in place when Joe Biden was VP and when he was in the Senate and he did nothing to change them. Perhaps because he himself used a Subchapter-S tax avoidance scheme to reduce his tax bill in 2017-2018 by $500,000.

2)Biden said Trump had done nothing to help small businesses during COVID but in fact the Trump administration spent 100s of billions of dollars helping small businesses.

3) Biden said it was Trump's fault that there were 91 companies in the Fortune 500 that didn't pay taxes in in 2019. However a left wing think tank found that 40% of Fortune 500 companies paid no taxes in at least one year when Joe Bide was VP.  Clearly the problem predates Trump and Biden did nothing about it while he was in the Senate or when he was VP.

4) Biden said that the Trump tax cuts didn't help most Americans but even the NYT says that most Americans, 80% or so, paid less in taxes due to Trump's cuts.

5)Biden said we have a higher deficit with China than we did before but in fact the deficit is on track to be the lowest since 2009

6) Biden blamed Trump for the COVID recession. Either he thinks Trump is god and capable of causing plagues or he was just lying through his teeth.

Joe lies like this because he knows that the #FakeNews media will cover for him.

He wants you to vote for him because you don't know what he really stands for or what Trump really stands for.
