Joe Biden says most criminals are great people who need counseling

For Biden's comment that police would be better off with a shrink with them to make sense we have to assume that most 911 calls involve good people who are emotionally troubled not thieves, murders, drug dealers, and plane evil people.

But that's not the case.  

Joe is presenting the usual leftists concept; no one is really evil they're just misunderstood.

That rapist he's not a bad guy in Joe's eyes; he's just someone who needs to work through his feelings.

Joe was talking so he lied.

He's not calling for more money for the police. He's calling for shifting money from the police to shrinks and community policing.

Community policing, the left's new term for letting gangs run parts of America, is another place where Joe wants to use the money that currently goes to real police.

The only people who Democrats like Joe view as evil are people who stand between them and power.

Murderers and drug dealers are just confused according to Joe but anyone who votes for Trump is really evil.
