Critical race theory classes are illegal: Hating whites because they're white is racism too

This photo tells you all you need to know about Critical Race Theory:

Ashleighthelion is a Black women who right after saying all white people are racist tells those vile mean evil white people to send her their money.

Apparently capitalism is ok for people of color.

She goes on to say "I believe that white people are born into not being human."

And "You're[white people] always going to be racist actually"

And "that's what y'all[white people] are taught to do; to be demons"

Wow.  If you ever wanted to know what racism looks like you now know; white people are demons indeed.

I had to endure a milder and earlier version of this sort of nonsense when I worked for a large corporation.

There were 6 of us in the class which was being taught by a Black woman. We were all white, a mixed bag of engineers and scientists.

I remember two things from the class.

The first was an infamous event when a grade school teacher mentally abused their students in order to make a point about racism. The teacher arbitrarily treated kids with blue eyes better and kids with brown eyes worse.  I thought the teacher should have been thrown in jail.  The instructor thought it was a great way to highlight racism; as though making little kids cry to show an adult point is ever justifiable.

The kids were all white as I recall which means it was a throughly racist exercise as well.

The second thing I remember is that we were asked to rank races in terms of their quality as employees.  That's obviously racist in that races aren't better or worse; people are.  There are good people and bad people of every race.

Further lumping everyone in a race into one group is dishonest and racist.  Saying a white Ukrainian Catholic is the same as a white English Protestant is stupid as is saying a 100% slave blood Black American is the same as a Nigerian.  Culture is a more significant impact on a person's "quality" than race is.

But since this was mandatory training and since, as whites, we knew better than to simply point out the absurdity of it all to a person of color because in corporate America criticism of Blacks is frowned on we went along.

Clearly the instructor wasn't expecting us to say that Asians were the best but that's what we did.

To be clear I worked with a number of people of various non white colors and they were as a group at least as good as any group of whites I worked with.  Critical Race Theory nonsense doesn't come from hard working people of color in general.

Since then the left has really upped its game. Now it comes right out and spits on Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.'s grave by saying that all white people are racists. Were the union soldiers who died to end slavery racist?  Were the republicans who condemned the Democrat founded KKK racists?  Where the whites who passed the Civil Rights Act of 1964 racist?

Everything Blacks have in terms of legal protection and social acceptance in America occurred because enough white people recognized that the Reverend King was right; that God loves us all and skin color doesn't matter. If all white people were racist then the South would still be the systemically racist hell hole it was while it was run by Democrats for decades.

Blacks have worked hard to show they're just as good as anyone else but without significant numbers of whites agreeing things would be much different; slaves didn't get their freedom as a result of a revolution they themselves engineered after all.

Most white people are perfectly comfortable with the equality of Blacks.

We know this because insurance companies use Black men as their spokesmen.  Insurance is all about trust and in a systemically racist country Black spokesmen would never be used to sell trust to white people.  Can you imagine an auto insurance company using a Black spokesman in George Wallace's Democrat run South?

Hence Critical Race Theory that says all white people are racists is a lie.

But it's also illegal as the U.S. Civil Rights Commissioner, Peter Kirsanow, wrote in a letter to the city of Seattle.

The letter is about Critical Race training that the city is mandating for its white employees.  He says:

This training likely violated Title VII’s prohibition against segregating employees by race. As a refresher, Title VII states:

It shall be an unlawful employment practice for an employer . . . to limit, segregate, or classify his employees or applicants for employment in any way which would deprive or tend to deprive any individual of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect his status as an employee, because of such individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

There’s no exception in Title VII that says, “unless you have good intentions.” Rather, it provides that you may not segregate an individual by race in any way which would tend to adversely affect that person’s status as an employee. I know. I had to check twice myself. Segregation is still prohibited in 2020. Amazing.

He goes on to point out how the training itself is racist:

Let’s take a look at the training materials from this session. One of the first training documents defines “Four Types of Racism”…. One of the four types of racism is “internalized racism,” defined as “The internalization of the racist stereotypes, values, images and ideologies perpetuated by the white dominant society about one’s racial group.” And what qualities constitute “internalized racism”? Well, according to the next slide, here are characteristics of “Internalized Racial Superiority”:

Perfectionism, individualism, imposition, arrogance, paternalism, silence, intellectualization, control, violence, comfort, appropriation, cognitive dissonance, objectivity, anti-blackness, feeling oneself to be the “true” victim, either/or and categorical thinking (separating, seeing distinctions and not connections).

What does this imply?

If a person is perfectionist, individualistic, silent, intellectual, or objective they are racist.

Given that a key aspect of Critical Race Theory is that Blacks can't be racist that also means that Blacks can't be perfectionists, individualists, intellectual, or objective.

Now that sounds pretty racist to me.

But the key legal point is that you can't drag only white employees into a room, say they're all horrible because they're intellectual and get away with it in America like you could 100 years ago with Blacks in the Democrat controlled South.

Ending racism can't start by declaring all white people are racists.

wut. how does the class being all white make the exercise racist? I mean it probably means the housing or educational policy of the area is racist but I doubt that's what you meant.

> If all white people were racist then the South would still be the systemically racist hell hole

I mean.... yeah the South is pretty terrible. They just had to change to the more racist party once the parties switched sides (see the Southern Strategy). Hell, MI still uses the confederate flag. The south (and much of America) remains deeply bigoted in all kinds of ways.

> Most white people are perfectly comfortable with the equality of Blacks. We know this because insurance companies use Black men as their spokesmen

Are you deranged? That's your evidence for whites being ok with Black people? Imagine pointing at Song of the South as evidence people are ok with Black people in 1950. "The kind Black man teaches the white girl life lessons. Would they do that if people were still racist? I think not." Maybe at least look up some studies or respond to the post at https://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=1672080138025809322&postID=7503014689744897186

Do you think the use of gay couples in insurance ads means everyone is totally cool with gay people? I mean I know you're not...

> Given that a key aspect of Critical Race Theory is that Blacks can't be racist

No, wrong. Indeed you even mentioned "internalized racism" which Wikipedia defines as a phenomenon where "victims of racism begin to believe in the ideology that they are inferior to white people and white culture".

You don't even understand the very words you are using.

If the teacher had experimented on an all Black class you'd have said it was racist. Hence targeting kids all of one race must be racist.

Interestingly you've just admitted that once the South started to be run by Republicans it got better.

And of course the parties never switched sides; Democrats have always been and still are racist which is why they deny Black kids school choice and don't care that thousands of Blacks are shot each and every year in Democrat run cities like Chicago.

You miss the point. In Song of the South the old guy isn't held up as a model of trust and responsibility.

Look just admit you're never going to honest about this. Black President, twice, but we're still racist.

Republicans running Blacks for President in the primaries; but we're still racist.

vote for civil rights act of 1964 but we're still racist.

The bottom line is you'll say that America is racist because Democrats are racist and they are projecting.

show me one insurance company that uses openly gay men saying they're gay as their primary spokesman.

Black people aren't racist when they think they're inferior; they're racist when they think they're superior. You just proved my point; you don't believe that Black people hating white people because they're white is racist.

Amazing how blind you are to your own biases.

your psychic powers have failed you. I don't know why you always think you can put words in my mouth.

> Interestingly you've just admitted that once the South started to be run by Republicans it got better.

Yeah I said no such thing. Not even close...

> In Song of the South the old guy isn't held up as a model of trust and responsibility.

He isn't? I mean all the Black characters are good and help the boy and the old man's wisdom helps the boy overcome his problems. Seems pretty trustworthy.

> Black President, twice, but we're still racist

Not sure why electing a Black president proves we're not racist. Especially when about half the country voted against him and many people still in polls they won't vote for a Black person.

> The bottom line is you'll say that America is racist because...

Because lots of studies demonstrate that? A fact you refuse to engage with.

> show me one insurance company that uses openly gay men saying they're gay as their primary spokesman.

wow. so until an insurance company uses a gay person as their primary spokesperson there's no evidence of gay acceptance? Sponsorships from financial or furniture companies are out? Just insurance companies? I guess the gay spokersperson for T-mobile and Verizon doesn't count because in telecommunications nobody cares about trust and reliability.

This entire line of argument is absurd.

> Black people aren't racist when they think they're inferior

That's the literal definition of racist. Thinking one race is superior to another. Have you never encountered this concept before?

> You just proved my point; you don't believe that Black people hating white people because they're white is racist

I said no such thing. I do wonder how you so totally and reliably fail to read what I write. Maybe include quotes so I begin to explain how you got so confused.
