What that means is that in 94% of COVID19 "deaths" the patient had 2.6 other conditions that contributed to their death.
Included in that list are poisonings, suicide attempts, and accidents that caused injury.
For example a man was found with blood alcohol above the lethal level but because he tested positive for the China virus his death was counted as due to COVID19.
This doesn't mean that the China virus is not a big deal but it certainly calls into question the just how dangerous it is to people who don't have other serious health problems.
Which means that a policy that treats everyone, young and old sick and healthy, the same is not a smart one.
We need to protect those at risk but we need to let the people who aren't at risk live their lives.

uh, why is "died" in quotes here? are you questioning whether they died? or do you not know how to use scare quotes? didn't you write professionally at one point?
