Pelosi's path to the presidency

If there is no declared winner to the 2020 election by January 2021 Nancy Pelosi will become acting President.

That's due to an obscure Federal statute (3 U.S.C. § 19) .

No wonder Hillary is telling Joe not to concede no matter what.

The Democrats plan A is to steal the election like Franken stole his Senate election.  On election day he was down by 700 votes but his massive legal team managed to get 1000 votes flipped by rejecting valid ballots for his opponent and counting invalid ballots for himself.

But Plan B is to sue and sue to keep the election results from being defined until after January 20 so that Pelosi can be President.

We see a trial run of this in the Flynn case.  The DOJ found massive prosecutorial misconduct including deliberately hiding exculpatory evidence and hence, as is always the case when that happens and say a serial killer is on trial, they dropped the case.

But the Democrat judge refuses to accept that and has decided to be both judge and prosecutor.  He's stalling the case until after the election in the hopes that a Biden DOJ will say that prosecutors breaking the law are no problem.

Democrat politicians are fascists who want to rule over us. They don't believe in elections unless they win; we've seen the evidence of that over the last 4 years and in 2000.  They will do anything to be able to force nuns to provide contraception and abortion inducing chemicals.

They hate you and feel you're too stupid to run your own lives; just as previous generations of Democrats thought Blacks were too stupid to be allowed to run their own lives.
