Biden attacks Obama's poor record on poverty

Joe Biden said that fixing poverty isn't a problem because there's plenty of money lying around to do so and we can get even more by eliminating Trump's tax cuts that help 80% of Americans.

Of course if we have the resources to fix poverty now we had them during the 8 years that Obama was President and Biden was VP.

Which means that Biden is saying that Obama failed to help the poor when he could have. After all for 2 glorious years Democrats controlled the entire government yet they failed to end poverty in America.

But now if Biden becomes President not only will he cure cancer he'll also eliminate poverty!

Sounds kind racist that Biden is saying that Obama was such a loser.
