Mueller's report; another example of Democrat fascism.

In America we are innocent until prove guilty.  In fascist states the people are guilty until proven innocent.

The entire Mueller report is nothing more than a bunch of innuendo saying that while Mueller couldn't find a shred of evidence of Trump doing anything wrong it didn't exonerate Trump.

But in America there is no need to exonerate people who haven't been shown to be guilty.  By saying that he didn't exonerate Trump Mueller is declaring that Trump is effectively guilty until proven innocent.

A letter from the President's counsel Emmet Flood to the Attorney General makes this point.

In America the job of a prosecutor is to determine if there is sufficient evidence to convince a reasonable jury of the guilt of an individual.  If there is the prosecutor will indict the individual; if there isn't then the prosecutor will decline to indict the person.

In cases where there isn't sufficient evidence the prosecutor isn't supposed to release a laundry list of things the person did that the prosecutor didn't like but which weren't criminal; which is what Mueller did.

The Mueller report should have been, if he kept in line with what prosecutors were supposed to do, a page or two long.  Instead we have over 400 pages of innuendo and political commentary pretending to be objective information.

The entire collusion discussion is irrelevant since Mueller determined that there was no evidence of collusion.  But wait you say that's not what Mueller said.  Mueller said that the examples he cited could be collusion. That's not how the system works however.

A prosecutors job is to indict or to decline to indict.  By not indicting Mueller effectively declined to indict which means that he didn't believe the issues he spends hundreds of pages describing are in fact criminal.  If he did and he didn't indict then he was derelict in his duty.

This is why Mueller's report saying it failed to exonerate Trump is so egregious.  In America you don't need to exonerate people who haven't been charged with anything and where there isn't any evidence that they did anything illegal. Yet Mueller went out of his way to imply that despite his inability to find any proof of malfeasance by Trump that Trump was somehow guilty of something.

Congressional Democrats and the #FakeNews media will use that to smear Trump and by so doing demonstrate their fascist beliefs; that their political foes are guilty until proven innocent.
