The truth is that the law targets abortionists not mothers but the truth is apparently not something that leftists care about.

Here's the relevant section of the law:

“Section 5. No woman upon whom an abortion is performed or attempted to be performed shall be criminally or civilly liable. Furthermore, no physician confirming the serious health risk to the child's mother shall be criminally or civilly liable for those actions,”

As to rape ask yourself this question if we don't execute rapists why should we execute the rapist's daughter?
