WaPo condemns the #MeToo movement.

Joe Biden has been accused of sexually harassing a fellow Democrat by touching her hair and shoulders, inhaling her hair, and giving her a long kiss on the back of her neck without permission.

Interestingly the woman who he did this to is saying it's not sexual harassment; she's doing that even though we all know if Kavanaugh had done that to a woman she'd be calling it sexual harassment because she doesn't want to conflate actual harassment by Biden with pretend harassment by any and all Republicans.

But the Washington Post takes it even further. They declare that Biden's well established tendency to grope women and girls is a good thing:

"This affectionate and sometimes intimate physical style is one of the former vice president's trademarks, a defining feature of the warm and upbeat persona he has built during more than four decades in the national spotlight."

Saying that planting lingering kisses on the necks of women he's just met is a sign of a warm and upbeat persona is nothing short of denying the whole basis of the #MeToo movement; powerful men can't act as though every woman is secretly in love with them.

The reality is that if Kavanaugh had been accused of doing something like this the WaPo and the rest of the #FakeNews media would be condemning him.

What we're seeing is one aspect in the war going on in the Democrat party.  The radicals like Kamala Harris and Beto are trying to undermine Biden--who though a radical isn't as insane and unAmerican as they are--while the sane Democrats are looking at the polls which show Biden being able to beat Trump and doing everything they can to keep Biden viable.

It's just like back when we the people discovered that Bill Clinton may have raped a woman and that he'd lied under oath to reduce his chances of losing a #MeToo lawsuit he was facing for sexually harassing a government employee when he was governor of Arkansas.  The entire #FakeNews media told us that these examples of abusing women had no bearing on Bill's ability to be president.

So long as Biden is looking good in the polls we'll see the same thing; the #FakeNews media protecting a deeply flawed person because the fundamental rule is that nothing that reduces the power of Democrats is good.

Should one of the other contenders show that they can beat Biden he still won't be condemned, just as to this day Bill Clinton isn't condemned, he just won't be defended.
