Democrat Peter Buttigieg's hypocrisy on Christianity

Democrat Mayor Peter Buttigieg is making a splash as the next great white hope for the Democrat establishment which is none too comfortable with powerful women if they're not Hillary. Given the Democrat establishment's lack of enthusiasm for Warren and Harris and its support for Beto and Biden it's clear that white men, preferably young ones, are the flavor de jour just as Hillary was back in 2016.

With Beto showing some weakness, what sort of guy eats "magic" dirt and tries to get his wife to literally eat shit,  and Biden suffering from an acute case of the #MeToos the #FakeNews media are seeing if Buttigieg is a better candidate.

Buttigieg's appeal is that he's willing to lie about what he really believes in order to come across as a moderate.

One of Buttigieg's main talking points is that while he openly rejects Christian teaching on homosexuality, he's gay and "married", and abortion he's upset that evangelicals can support Trump because Trump is evil.

Of course just as Jesus told us to not judge Buttigieg but to judge his actions Jesus told Buttigieg to judge Trump's actions not Trump.  But that's just another Christian doctrine that Buttigieg finds to be optional.

You can see how audaciously Buttigieg lies:

"I’m reluctant to comment on another person’s faith, but I would say it is hard to look at this president’s actions and believe that they’re the actions of somebody who believes in God. I just don’t understand how you can be as worshipful of your own self as he is and be prepared to humble yourself before God. I’ve never seen him humble himself before anyone."

So much for real reluctance.  What's interesting is that it doesn't apparently occur to Buttigieg that someone could say the following about him:

I’m reluctant to comment on another person’s faith, but I would say it is hard to look at this mayor’s actions and believe that they’re the actions of somebody who believes in God.  He directly rejects Jesus's clear teachings on homosexuality and he supports abortion; something that Christians have condemned since the first century.

Also a politician attacking another politician for not being humble?  Really?  If Buttigieg were really humble he wouldn't be running for president.  He has real experience after all.

As with all the other Democrats Buttigieg is confusing the fact that Trump the man is far from perfect with how Trump the President is upholding Christian values.  It's Trump who says people of all faiths should have their 1st Amendment right to exercise their religion while Democrats demand that Catholic nuns and Protestant Ministers cooperate in providing abortions.

It's not hypocritical to support a flawed man who is doing good things.  But it is hypocritical for Democrats like Buttigieg who don't condemn Bill Clinton to condemn evangelicals for supporting Trump.

As with most Democrats Buttigieg says he's not pro-abortion; that he just doesn't want to impose his morality on the country. Of course when it comes to having open borders, welfare for life for illegals, and abortion up to the moment of birth he's all for imposing his morality on America.

Whenever you year a Democrat say that they're pro-life but the won't impose their morality in America think of this:  A German politician saying that he's pro-life but he won't impose his morality on the German people by making the Holocaust illegal.

Both abortion and the Holocaust are examples of the mass murder of totally innocent people.  Hence anyone who says they're pro-life, as Buttigieg does, but who says what he is saying he believes to be murder should be legal is either a liar or a fool.

Frankly someone who says that abortion is murder but who says it should be legal, like Buttigieg, is morally worse than someone who denies that abortion is the killing of a human being and therefore thinks that it should be legal.

The truth is simple; Buttigieg fully believes in imposing his morality on we the people that's why he says that not having open borders is somehow not Christian but supporting the murder of nearly a million babies each year is not unChristian.

Buttigieg's Christ, if he really believes in Jesus, is the Christ that is most convenient for Buttigieg not the Christ of the Bible.
