Of course it's not surprising that his podcast is popular, he lacks any skills that would actually make it informative.
But he's not stupid. If given a choice between AWOL Joe Biden and Trump Rogan says he'd vote for Trump because in Rogan's opinion Joe can't cut it:
“I can’t vote for that guy,” Rogan said of the Democratic presidential primary front-runner. “I’d rather vote for Trump than him. I don’t think he can handle anything.”
Rogan even endorsed Trump's suitability for the Presidency saying:
“The pressure of being the president of the United States is something that no one has ever prepared for,” he said. “The only one who seems to be fine with it is Trump, oddly enough. He doesn’t seem to be aging at all.”
This is how you can tell a liberal from a leftist. Rogan may support insane policies like those espoused by Bernie Sanders but he, Rogan, isn't going to vote for a person who's clearly not capable of running the country just because that person supports those policies.
Liberals are wrong but not fanatical.
Leftists are wrong and fanatical.
