Trump saved nearly 2 million American lives

Well no not really. But that headline is far more accurate than all the #FakeNews media ones blaming him for Americans dying.

When the crisis started less than 2 months ago estimates of the number of Americans who were going to die ranged from 2 million down to around 200,000.  Yet now we're being told we'll see about 60,000 deaths.

Hence if Trump were a Democrat we'd be hearing his praises sung for saving all those people.

The reality is that Trump took early and significant steps to protect America from the virus and was viciously attacked by Democrats for doing so.

While Nancy Pelosi was urging people to go to Chinatown and trying to prevent Trump from imposing a travel ban on China, while Joe Biden was declaring that restricting travel to China was "xenophobic" Trump was setting up a panel of experts to address the problem--which CNN declared was too white-- warning us in the State of the Union speech--that Pelosi tore up-- and keeping people from countries with large numbers of China virus cases from flying to the US.

Similarly while Trump was prepping America the #FakeNews media were selling China's socialists line that it was no worse than the flu.

But now the #FakeNews are howling at Trump for not having ignored what they were saying back then.

Trump didn't save millions of American lives. But his early actions kept the death toll down; lower than it would have been if Democrats had been in power.

Democrats don't really care too much about we the people; when Swine Flu hit Obama did nothing until 1000 Americans had died.  After the Swine Flu emptied our strategic stockpile of protective equipment Obama cut funding to the stockpile and didn't replenish it.  Similarly Governor Cuomo bought votes rather than ventilators.

If Joe Biden had been President there would have been no early travel restrictions on China and the US would have looked a lot more like Italy in terms of deaths.

An unbiased person would credit Trump for his actions and acknowledge that with what we know now--that China was lying about the nature of the disease--he might have acted differently.

Similarly an unbiased person would acknowledge that WHO has consistently pitched the Chinese socialist government's position rather than the truth.

Bottom line; voting for Joe Biden, or any Democrat, in the fall is equivalent to going around shaking strangers hands today.
