Murder rate down dramatically from Obama years; Trump gets no credit

The murder rate spiked up in the last 3 years of Obama's reign increasing by 23%.  Do you recall any stories blaming Obama's support for radical groups like Black Lives Matter and his attacks on the police for that?

Now under Trump the murder rate has dropped significantly yet there are no stories praising Trump for that:

Effectively Trump by ending Obama's war on the police has saved thousands of lives; mostly Black lives by the way. Yet there is essentially no press coverage and when the #FakeNews media does cover the story they don't give Trump any credit.

The spike in the murder rate under Obama translates into at least 5000 people losing their lives.

Even worse despite making up only around 13% of the American population 52% of murder victims are Black.  Those Blacks aren't being killed by whites either.  In 2015 for example only 8.6% of Black murder victims were killed by whites.

It may be that the racist Democrats and #FakeNews media who consistently ignore the mass shooting of Blacks in Democrat run cities like Chicago don't care as much about murder rates because it's mostly about Blacks being killed.

Whatever the case this is just one more example of how the #FakeNews media lies by omission to defend Democrats and deny Republicans credit.
