Judges are starting to impose the Green New Deal because farting cows will kill us all

The Minnesota Court of Appeals has declared that every time a farmer expands to have more animals he has to get government approval that the farts from those animals won't hurt the environment.

In the case in question a farm, Daley Farms of Lewiston, had filed for a permit to enlarge its business which would obviously include having more cows.

Daley Farms went to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency(MPCA) which granted the necessary permits.

However a radical leftist group, the Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy(MCEA), whined that the MPCA hadn't taken into account the impact of cow farts on the environment.

And the court agreed.

That means that every farmer who wants to increase the number of animals they have will have to go through the amazingly complex permitting process--Daley Farms has been trying since 2017 to get a go ahead to grow its business and presumably employ more people.

While it's not obvious that simply having a bumper year in terms of baby animals will be subject to getting new permits given that the clear intent of the MCEA is to stop us from eating beef it won't be long before this precedent will be used by them to demand that even if there are no new buildings simply having more farting cows will require a permit and cost a fortune.

It's clear that the left's war no we the people is real.

The Green New Deal wants to tax us to provide a nice lifestyle for those who could work but who don't want to but it wants to prevent us from eating beef and flying on planes.

The nutcases on the left are serious about the beef thing just as they're serious about keeping us from drinking soda, smoking, and keeping our religious values when we disagree with them.

Time for us to just say no to tyranny.
