If Trump temporarily withholding aid to Ukraine is a crime is Biden a crook for threatening to withhold aid to Ukraine

The GAO recently ruled that Trump delaying aid to Ukraine was a violation of the law.

The ruling is absurd since the Congress only specified that the aid was to go to Ukraine with the implied context of the aid being delivered in the relevant fiscal year; Congress didn't specify a specific date that the money had to reach the Ukraine by.  Hence the fact that Trump delivered it a few weeks later than originally planned can't be illegal.

But if we accept the ruling we have to ask the obvious question;  when Joe Biden said that unless the Ukraine fired the prosecutor who was investigating the company, Burisma, which had paid Hunter Biden, Joe's son, $3.1 million Joe would withhold $1 billion in aid to Ukraine was he threatening to commit a crime?

Note that Joe wasn't threatening to delay aid but to specifically refuse to send to Ukraine money Congress had allocated for Ukraine.

On one hand we have the GAO and Democrats condemning Trump delaying aid and on the other the GAO and Democrats appear to have been fully supportive of Joe Biden saying that he would permanently withhold money Congress had allocated from Ukraine.

The #FakeNews media and the Democrats are condemning Trump for something less severe than what Biden threatened to do.

This is one more example of how the Articles of impeachment are actually declarations by the Democrats that they are not only above the law but that they have veto power over who we the people can choose to be our President.
