Understanding the Flynn situation

We now know that the FBI deliberately and maliciously concealed from both Flynn and the court evidence that would have shown that Flynn was innocent.

We now know that the FBI deliberately tried to induce Flynn to lie in order to get him convicted and/or fired.

We now know that the FBI deliberately altered the evidence related to Flynn.

We now know that the FBI had cleared Flynn but that Peter Strzok intervened to keep the case open.

We now know that the government threatened to prosecute Flynn's son on bogus charges unless Flynn pled guilty and that the government hid that information from the court.

We now know that Flynn pled guilty because his only other option was to see his son in jail and bankrupted too.

We now know that the FBI agents who ambush interrogated Flynn did so without any justification; there was no open investigation that justified their actions.

Contrary to what liars like Nadler are saying we now have clear and definitive evidence that Flynn was coerced into pleading guilty by the use of unAmerican and illegal actions by the FBI.

Further the dropping of charges against Flynn was recommended not by Barr but by a regular apolitical member of the DOJ, John Durham.f

He concluded that even ignoring all the massive irregularities and criminal acts by the FBI there wasn't sufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Flynn did anything wrong so that there was no basis for prosecuting him.

After all we know that the FBI agents who interrogated Flynn didn't think that Flynn lied.  Hence it's more likely that he just forgot he'd discussed something in one of the many conversations he'd been having as part of Trump's transition team.

Also keep in mind that the FBI approached Flynn dishonestly.  We have a hand written comment asking if the intent of the ambush was to trick Flynn into lying. We know that the agents after interview reports were rewritten by Strzok which is not the way the FBI does things.

If the FBI had said that the meeting wasn't just a casual get to know you event, which is what Flynn thought it was, he would probably have spent more time verifying his answers.  Who among us hasn't in a casual conversation misremembered or forgotten something?

The bottom line is this while the Democrats and the lying #FakeNews media will scream that "but Flynn pled guilty" they won't mention how Flynn only did so after he was effectively bankrupted by legal fees, told that the only alternative would be a long prison sentence, illegally denied knowledge of evidence that backed up his story, and was told that if he didn't plead guilty his son would be railroaded too.

What we are seeing is undeniable evidence of gross political corruption and the use of police state tactics at the highest level of the FBI and DOJ.

The responsible parties need to pay and the damage they did to General Flynn must be made right to the extent possible.
