Flynn was railroaded; he never said he didn't talk about sanctions

General Flynn was blackmailed into pleading guilty to lying to the FBI by threats of prison and a threat to send his son to prison too.

The charge was that Flynn had lied to the FBI because he said that he hadn't talked to Russian Ambassador Kislyak about sanctions.

But here's a direct quote from the original draft interview memo written by the FBI agents who interrogated Flynn:

FLYNN stated it was possible that he talked to KISLYAK on the issue[Russian sanctions], but if he did, he did not remember doing so.

How can that be a lie?  But because of the dishonest and illegal actions of the FBI and DOJ Flynn was effectively bankrupted and coerced into pleading guilty because the FBI threatened his son.
