Why you can't trust the #FakeNews: John Roberts edition

John Roberts works for Fox News but it's clear his real loyalties belong to Joe Biden and the DNC.

During the debate Trump condemned white supremacism twice. He's also condemned it numerous times in the past. For example here's what Trump actually said about the white supremacists at Charlottesville:

Excuse me, they[People protesting taking down the statues] didn’t put themselves down as neo — and you had some very bad people in that group. But you also had people that were very fine people on both sides. You had people in that group – excuse me, excuse me. I saw the same pictures as you did. You had people in that group that were there to protest the taking down, of to them, a very, very important statue and the renaming of a park from Robert E. Lee to another name. …

It’s fine, you’re changing history, you’re changing culture, and you had people – and I’m not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists, because they should be condemned totally – but you had many people in that group other than neo-Nazis and white nationalists, okay? And the press has treated them absolutely unfairly. Now, in the other group also, you had some fine people, but you also had troublemakers and you see them come with the black outfits and with the helmets and with the baseball bats – you had a lot of bad people in the other group too.

The "fine people" were those who were there to peacefully protest for taking down the Confederate statues and for keeping those statues.

Trump specifically and unequivocally condemned Nazi's and white nationalists.

And he's condemned them many times since then including twice during the recent debate.

But dishonest "reporters" like John Roberts keep asking Trump to condemn white supremacists claiming that he hasn't done so yet.

Well Trump's press secretary was ready for his dishonesty and replied to his question this way:

That's right it turns out that John Roberts wife is also a reporter and Trump had told her 21 hours earlier that he condemned white supremacism.

Either John doesn't talk about the news with his wife or he doesn't bother to even follow the news himself.

But Joe Biden wants reporters to keep asking Trump this to create the impression that Trump hasn't condemned white supremacists.  That is he, and the DNC, want "reporters" to lie to we the people.

Sadly many in the #FakeNews media, like John Roberts, are eager to lie to us in order to help Democrats which is precisely why Trump is right to condemn the #FakeNews media as the enemy of the people.

But of course John Roberts didn't see it that way. To him the act act his question was based either on abysmal ignorance or malice isn't even slightly problematic as can be seen by his reaction to McEnany's tweet:

An honest reporter who isn't the enemy of the people would have apologized for not knowing that Trump has repeatedly condemned white supremacists but not Roberts.  He's mad that anyone dared point out his duplicity.
