Joe Biden's best bud China is cracking down on religious funerals and weddings

 The Communist Chinese government has already banned crosses but now it's moving to persecute people who want a religious wedding or funeral.

The funeral for a 73 year old man was disrupted with government officials seizing flags with Bible verses and detaining some believers.

In another city government agents stormed a funeral and dispersed attendees including people who belong to the Three-Self church which is recognized by the Communists.

A Buddhist who was reciting sutras for the dead was charged with "privately setting up a religious venue" and his house was destroyed.

Minors aren't allowed to attend weddings in a church in Luoyang in Henan province and any such weddings require government approval.

Yet Joe Biden, a devout Catholic, says nothing. Or rather he does say something; he says that China isn't our enemy and that a prosperous China is good for the US.

I suppose if the government of China had given my family millions of dollars I might tend to sound oddly supportive of China too.
