Christopher Steele; more Maxwell Smart than James Bond

The entire collusion narrative that Democrats have pushed to reject the results of the 2016 election was based on the Steele dossier.

We were told that Steele was an ex-spy from England who had a network of sources in Russia and that he could be trusted that every claim in his now infamous dossier was correct.

That's why the dossier was suitable for launching 4 different warrants to spy on the Trump campaign.

The first indication that that wasn't the case was the fact that all of Steele's sources were anonymous.

The second indication was that Steele told a British court that the contents of his dossier hadn't been verified and where nothing more than a place for people to start.

The third indication was when we found out that the FBI knew, prior to using the dossier to spy on Trump, that Steele's "network" consisted of unreliable sources.

The fourth was when Steele's principle sub source admitted that his sources were just friends he drank with and that what they told Steele was speculation and hearsay.

The fifth indication was when we found out that Steele's principle sub source was an American based junior staffer at the ultra left wing Brookings Institute named Igor Danchenko.

Yet to this day leftists act as though there was actually a factual basis for the whole Trump colluded with Russia narrative when all the evidence they have has been totally discredited.

Truth doesn't matter to Democrat politicians but power does.
