We live in Iran; and Democrats want to keep it that way

The people of Iran elect representatives who then pass laws; but the people of Iran are not free. Their “representatives” can only pass laws which are approved by the tiny clique of Mullah’s who actually run the country.  The “freedom” of the Iranian people is an illusion promulgated by the ruling elites to keep the people from revolting.

We in America live in a very similar regime. For example all 50 states had laws governing abortion—ranging from prohibiting it to allowing it in some cases—but our Mullah’s, dishonest Supreme Court judges, decided that abortion must be legal for any reason at any time during pregnancy so they overturned the laws of all 50 states.

When the Court decided that marriage had to be redefined to suit the desires of the 2% of Americans who are gay they voided the votesof 51,000,000 Americans who had voted to keep the millennia old definition of marriage, including the 52% of Californianswho voted for Prop 8.

These are clear examples of judicial tyranny not because the Court doesn’t have the right to overturn unconstitutional laws but because neither ruling is based on the Constitution.  We know that no one in America, including the Framers, thought that the Constitution mandated either of these bizarre rulings for until more than 180 years after the Constitution was ratified.

This judicial tyranny was never the intent of the Constitution. For the Framers power comes from the people not from a small group of unelected judges.

The people who wrote and ratified the Constitution viewed the Supreme Court as the weakest of the 3 branches of government precisely because the role of the Court was only to interpret the law not to make it.

The Constitution does not say that the Supreme Court is the ultimate arbiter of what is and what isn’t Constitutional. That’s a power that the Court arrogated to itself in the case of Marbury v. Madison in 1803.  But it’s a position that makes sense otherwise there would be no way to reign in a Congress which passed unconstitutional laws, such as one that put Japanese Americans into prison camps based solely on their ancestry. But as Korematsu v. United States, the Supreme Court’s ruling that imprisoning Japanese Americans was allowed by the Constitution, showed the Court is no better than the worst majority of its members.

The Supreme Court became America’s Mullah’s because of an unholy alliance between leftist politicians and dishonest judges. Leftist politicians in the 1960s knew that if they supported the things they really wanted to, such as coddling criminals or legalizing pornography, they’d never be elected.

But if the Supreme Court imposed the left’s agenda under the guise of Constitutional interpretation the politicians could get what they wanted without paying any price; other than turning the country over to five unelected lawyers that is.

It’s important to note that judges aren’t conservative or liberal they’re honest or dishonest.  If a judge interprets the law as best as they can based on the wording and intent of the law and without regard to their own opinions they’re honest. If a judge decides what the law should mean in light of their personal beliefs and then twist the words of existing laws to “support” their position they are dishonest.  Calling judges conservative or liberal is a tacit acceptance of the idea that what the judge believes rather than what the law says is what’s important.

The people were both mislead and confused by this silent coup because while they expected politicians to lie they didn’t think that judges were so dishonest.  Essentially the left used Hitler’s Big Lie technique; most of us will lie but only a few of us will lie about something major hence when we hear someone tell a Big Lie we tend to assume that they’re telling the truth.

The media and the politicians all acted as though the obviously flawed reasoning the Court was purporting to base its decisions on made perfect sense.  The average voter lacked the legal expertise to see the problems and so didn’t demand that the erring judges be impeached; not that the left which controlled Congress at that time would have betrayed their criminal partners.

Further the left tried to provide a rational for their treachery by creating the idea of a “living” Constitution. While the idea has a veneer of emotional appeal—how can a document written in the 18thcentury really be optimal for our 21stcentury reality?—it actually transfers the power from the people to five Supreme Court justices.  But having five kings is no better than having one so the concept of the “living” Constitution with dishonest judges being our modern oracles who can extract the true, but ever changing, meaning out of the Constitution is just a fancy way of disenfranchising the people and conferring unlimited power on the ruling elite.

But the left hasn’t stopped at that; they’ve now declared that Supreme Court decisions are themselves on par with the Constitution.  They do so by saying that overturning a Supreme Court decision would be wrong. Of course what they really mean is overturning a Supreme Court decision the left likes would be wrong because it’s unlikely that they would have objected if the Supreme Court had overturned the Dredd Scott decision prior to the Civil War, and we know they support overturning Citizens United.  This is about as close to a doctrine of infallibility that a secular system can devise. Interestingly if taken seriously it would mean that if Supreme Court justices were impeached for their dishonest interpretations their successors couldn’t reverse the decisions that led to their predecessor’s impeachment.

This organized cartel of political crime has been very successful for the left. Here’s a short list of the edicts the Supreme Court has imposed on us:

·     Throwing out evidence due to technicalities
·     Legalizing pornography
·     Erecting a wall between religion and the state
·     Legalizing abortion for any reason at any time in pregnancy
·     Redefining marriage
·     Obamacare—which as passed was unconstitutional but which the Court “amended”

None of these could have been passed by Congress at the time.  In the case of Obamacare we know that people were so upset that they voted out those who supported it.  That’s why the Court had to change fees into taxes in order to keep Obamacare alive.

But now a new Elliot Ness, in the form of Judge Kavanaugh, is in town and the left’s criminal consortium is at risk.

Without dishonest judges on the Court the entire agenda of the left is threatened.  Because the left hasn’t managed to actually convince the people to support the left’s agenda it’s a house of cards which one whiff of honesty could bring tumbling down.

That’s why the left is willing to tell any lie and abuse any law in order to keep Kavanaugh off the Court; a five person majority of honest judges is an existential crisis to the left.

In modern America the five judges who make up the majority of the Supreme Court have more effective power than Congress and the President combined and since the 1960s that power has been in the service of the left.  If that were to change it would be a far more major shift than Democrats taking the House and the Senate, impeaching Trump and replacing him with Hillary.

The left made a pact with the Devil; they transferred their power to the Court by saying that the Court could legislate from the bench. But they were comfortable with that because they and the dishonest judges were generally of one mind and hence they could sleep well knowing that the left’s deconstructionist dismantling of America would proceed apace.

But now the Left is facing the horrible possibility that the power they gave up could be used against them; that the towering edifice of hedonistic, statist, leftist proclamations by the Court could be subject to the will of the people.

That’s why they will stop at nothing to destroy Kavanaugh.  He and the other four honest Judges are literally the left’s worst enemies because those Judges believe that the people rule America not the leftist elites.

The fight over Kavanaugh is really a fight by Americans to regain control of our country by returning power to the people. That’s why we have to do what it takes.

Freedom isn’t free. We’ve lost the freedom so many Americans died for and we will continue to be under the thumb of our “Mullahs” unless we do what it takes-- including donating time and money to conservative politicians and talking to our neighbors, friends, and families--- to ensure that the Supreme Court returns to being an interpreter of the law rather than a creator of the law.
