The Khashoggi myth

It's fairly clear but not certain that Saudi Arabia executed Jamal Khashoggi and the left is up in arms about it.

While the left doesn't care about the mass suppression of journalists in Turkey or Iran they're upset about Khashoggi because he was one of their own since he wrote for the Democrat propaganda machine called the Washington Post.

In at least one of his articles he extolled the wonders of the Muslim Brotherhood, a group he was associated with.  He neglected to mention the Brotherhoods link to terrorism, Hamas is a spin off from the Brotherhood, or their support for Sharia law.

Given that the Brotherhood is hell bent on overthrowing the current Saudi regime dealing with them is a high priority for the Saudi government.

What's interesting is that the left was all ok with resetting our relationship with Russia in spite of its aggressive actions and with Iran despite it's ongoing support of terrorism when Obama was president.  But now they're demanding that we destroy our relationship with Saudi Arabia because of one execution.

Like the left's belief that the #MeToo movement only applies to their political enemies their support for human rights only applies to America's allies and never our enemies. The left extolls Palestinian terrorists who purposely target school busses while condemning Israel for defending itself.  Similarly the left is amazingly fond of the mass murderers who run China, Obama having famously said he wished he could rule like they do, but have no problem condemning places like Hungary who don't want millions of military age Muslim men as new immigrants.

If Saudi Arabia did execute Khashoggi, and as of now the Turks--who are moving towards Sharia law themselves--are unwilling to share the evidence with the US, then we do need to take some sort of steps to punish the Saudi's.

However we shouldn't destroy our relationship with the Saudi's because of this.

The left want's that because it would put the US on the side of Iran again which is what the left wants.

To summarize the left is a big fan of mass murdering terrorist exporting Iran which also executes dissidents and those who threaten the regime but they hate Saudi Arabia because it may have killed one dissident.  The truth is that the left hates Israel and supports radical Islam which is why they ignore all the crimes of countries like Iran and Turkey while making up crimes supposedly committed by Israel.
