Media lies: Police didn't use tear gas and rubber bullets to move "peaceful" rioters so Trump could walk to the burned church

You probably heard folks talking about how tear gas and rubber bullets were used to disperse "peaceful" protestors so that Trump could walk across the street to the church the "peaceful" protests had burned.

The reality is different.  Since the "peaceful" protests started in DC 51 cops were injured of which 11 were taken to the hospital and 3 were admitted.

On Monday June 1 the United States Park Police worked with the Secret Service to put temporary fencing in place in the part.  At 1833 hours "peaceful" protesters began throwing bricks, frozen water bottles, and caustic liquids at the police.

Intelligence revealed there had been calls to violence issued and they found caches of glass bottles--Molotov cocktails?--, baseball bats and metal poles hidden where the "peaceful" protesters were.

The "peaceful" protesters were told to evacuate a specific area multiple times. When they refused to do so, they could have protested just a short distance away, officers moves to clear them out of the designated area.

When the "peaceful" protesters continued to throw potentially lethal projectiles at the police and attempted to seize the officers guns the officers used smoke canisters--not tear gas-- and pepper balls.

Ask yourself this if someone was throwing bricks at you would you have show the restraint those officers did?

The only downside is that for some reason the USPP hasn't arrested any of the "peaceful" brick throwing protesters.

Once again the media lies to encourage violence.  It's clear that the #FakeNews media is fully supportive of these new Brown Shirts that serve the interests of the Democrat party.
