Colbert tries to get Warren to admit that middle class tax increases are good

Ultra leftists Steven Colbert tried to help fake native American Elizabeth Warren be honest but she refused.

Warren and other Democrats who support Medicare for all are saying it will be free.  Their "reasoning" is that while middle class taxes will go up significantly that increase will be less than what they spend on healthcare today.

But since admitting that in fact Medicare for all won't be free would be politically toxic Warren et al refuse to tell the Truth.

Colbert, being so rich he has no idea of how real people live, think that in fact the voters who have health insurance that they like, which is the vast majority of those with health insurance, won't mind losing it or turning over tons of money to the government.

However the reality is that there are many reasons why Warren is both lying and wrong:

1) If we have Medicare for all and all get the same coverage, which is how that works, then that means that the millions of uninsured people in America will now get the same care as hard working Americans do.  Which means that the total cost of medical care in America will go up by whatever amount the uninsured aren't spending on health care today.

That means that if every American is taxed the exact amount that they currently pay for health care there won't be enough money to support this new higher standard of coverage in Medicare for all.  That leaves two options:
    a) Everyone will get lower quality care
    b) Hard working Americans will pay more in taxes than they paid for healthcare

2) The same leftists who condemn the massive inefficiency of defense spending somehow think that creating a huge Federal bureaucracy to manage Medicare for all won't cost anything. The reality is that the grossly overpaid bureaucrats in DC will tack on at least a 50% surcharge for their services.

That means that once again hard working Americans will have to pay more in taxes than they pay in health care

3) If Medicare for all becomes the law will businesses give their employees salary raises equal to what the businesses spent for health care?  If not then real people won't see a savings even if Warren is right because they'll lose a benefit and see their taxes go up

Aside from the intrinsic unfairness of forcing hard working Americans to pay for people who could work but who don't want to work getting the same quality of health care as workers the idea that the Federal government will be more efficient or more compassionate than private companies that could go out of business if they don't keep their customers happy is absurd.

What Warren wants is literally the power of life and death over you.  She wants to be able to ensure that there is money for the "transgendered" to pretend they're something there's not but only a suicide pill if you're a smoker or too fat.

She wants to be able to reward those whose lifestyle choices she supports by punishing those whose lifestyle choices she condemns.  If you get AIDS from being massively promiscuous then she'll pay for your health care no matter how expensive it is.  But if you are too fat, according to her, she'll deny you a hip replacement surgery.

Remember Warren has no moral compass. She was comfortable lying about her race in order to get high paying jobs for decades. That real Native Americans were denied jobs as a result never bothered her on bit.

Clearly what matters to Warren is what Warren wants not what is good or fair or what is best for Americans in general.
