What impeachment says about the Democrats

Just yesterday the Democrat who will be heading the House Judiciary committee was overheard talking about impeaching Kavanaugh.

The intent of the Founders was that politicians would work for the good of the people.  But apparently the Democrats are more interested in settling political scores than improving the lot of Americans.

Basically by prioritizing impeachment, when they know there is no basis for it, they're saying that their object is not to serve the people but to wield power to aid the Democrat party.

Apparently the fake charge they're going to use is that somehow Kavanaugh committed perjury.  What's interesting is that when it was a proven fact that Bill Clinton had lied under oath and committed perjury Democrats told us that that didn't matter.

Hence if the Democrats do try to impeach Kavanaugh they'll be demonstrating that they don't believe in the rule of law; rather they believe that laws don't apply to Democrats.

What makes this even more interesting is that Bill Clinton lied because he'd sexually assaulted a subordinate while he was Governor of Arkansas.  Sounds a lot like #MeToo doesn't it?  Yet even though Clinton had lied to cover up a sexual assault Democrats still said that he would be a great President; that his actions had no bearing on his ability to be President.

When talking with your friends/coworkers/family members make sure you point out that the first thing that Democrats were thinking about after winning the House wasn't how to keep the economy going, or how to help the voters but rather how to punish their political opponents while demonstrating that Democrats don't care about the rule of law or the #MeToo movement.
