Democrats stand four square with criminals: San Francisco edition

You've probably heard how big conventions are starting to avoid San Francisco because poop and used needles are common sights on city streets.

What you may not have heard is that in San Francisco the police are essentially ignoring any theft which involve less that $950 worth of merchandise. That's because that sort of theft is now a misdemeanor, like jaywalking, and it's not worth the time to prosecute.

The fact that the recently elected prosecutor, Chesa Boudin, is the son of two terrorist murders and was raised by two criminals isn't going to help things.

Democrat Chesa believes that the problems in SF aren't crime and pooping but that too many people are convicted of crimes.

In 2017 there were 31,000 smash and grab robberies in SF. That may now be going down since the latest rage is to simply shoplift $949 worth of merchandise multiple times.  With the police unwilling to do anything store security guards have no real way of stopping these thefts.

In fact it wouldn't be surprising if Chesa decided to prosecute store management if they detained someone caught shoplifting.

The leftists at "Inside Edition" discovered what it's like living in leftist's paradise when they went to SF to investigate the hype about crime.

The set bait for some crooks, a speaker and a purse in a locked car, and the items were stolen. The "Inside Edition" crew followed the perps one of whom responded by calling his mother.

But while the #FakeNews reporters were doing that their vehicle with all their camera equipment, and the tapes showing the theft of their bait, was broken into and they now have no cameras and no tape.

Yet it's unlikely that we'll see an "Inside Edition" condemning the fact that the leftists who control SF are on the side of criminals not honest citizens.
