Adam Schiff says that only Democrats can be elected President

Democrat Adam Schiff rejected democracy saying that despite Obama saying that Russians didn't impact the vote in 2016 and despite Mueller finding only a tiny Russian influence that if Trump wins in 2020 Democrats won't accept the vote.

He said:

 “The President's misconduct cannot be decided at the ballot box, for we cannot be assured that the vote will be fairly won,”

Given that there is absolutely no evidence of Trump colluding with Russia or of Russia's buying some FaceBook ads impacting the election what Schiff is saying is that Democrats will declare that any Republican candidate must be rejected from the ballot.

After all if Schiff can declare without evidence that Trump must be kept off the ballot then he can make the same claim about any Republican in the future.

Schiff is saying that we the people can't be trusted to elect our President since we might be swayed by foreign propaganda; he's saying that we're too stupid to vote and that Democrats must rule over us.

Remember Obama said that the Russians didn't change any vote tallies and no one else has claimed that they did which means the Russian influence that Schiff is condemning is Russia's ability to convince Americans.  What Schiff is saying is that we the people are too stupid to see through Russian propaganda so he thinks that Democrats have to "protect" us from ourselves.

This is nothing new for Democrats; it's the same reasoning they used to justify fighting the Civil War to keep slavery legal although back then they only said that Blacks were too stupid to run their own lives.

That anyone could say that the people don't have the right to select their own President; that Democrats must approve of all candidates, is a call for totalitarianism and dictatorship.

Senate Republicans must shut this down immediately.  No more going along with Schiff's treason.
