It's not Iran's fault for killing Americans; it's Trump's fault for daring to fight back.
Soleimani had an American killed and violated international law by having his stooges lay siege to the US embassy in Iraq but according to Democrats like Buttigieg he's not responsible for the consequences.
No, according to leftists, only Trump is responsible for everything because he had the audacity to kill the terrorist mastermind who was responsible for killing hundreds of Americans and wounding many more.
Muslims can never be guilty of anything according to Democrats. Only Christians are evil.
Buttigieg's reasoning appears to be that if Trump hadn't killed Soleimani then Iran wouldn't have shot down the Canadian airliner. Buttigieg seems to forget that the US wasn't attacking Iran when the Iranians shot down the airliner and in fact a big reason that the Iranians were afraid of Trump attacking was because leftist like Buttigieg spent the days prior to that sad event telling the world how dangerous and unstable Trump is.
If the Iranians had listened to Trump they'd have known that retaliation was unlikely to occur until after Trump had a chance to digest just what the Iranians had done and assess the damage in terms of American lives lost or hurt.
After this it's clear that there is literally nothing Democrats won't blame Trump for.
