Democrat Jerry Nadler accuses Democrats in the House of a coverup

In the impeachment hearings dishonest hyper partisan Jerry Nadler said:

“I see a lot of senators voting for a cover-up, voting to deny witnesses, an absolutely indefensible vote, obviously a treacherous vote,”

Clearly calling Senators traitors for not doing what Nadler wants goes far beyond honest disagreements and shows just how much people like Nadler hate democracy; for Nadler if his candidate doesn't win the election is invalid.

But what's interesting is that if we use Nadler's "logic" he's really declaring that he and the other Democrats who ran the House impeachment hearings are traitors who covered up the evidence.

There is not one witness that Nadler wants the Senate to call that Schiff or Nadler couldn't have called as part of the House impeachment hearings.

Now they would have had to wait for the Courts to adjudicate whether or not Trump's claims of executive privilege were valid but they chose not to do so. In refusing to call those witnesses they did what Nadler is accusing the Senate of doing.

Yet somehow we're supposed to believe that the Senate not calling the same witnesses that the House refused to call is somehow treason.
